Conflict

One of the prime heroes in our life’s drama is conflict. We are constantly struggling, against all odds to meet both ends, seldom realizing that we are slaves of our conscious mind. We are in complete identification with our physical body, thought processes and emotions. Conflicts encountered relate to external and internal factors.

External struggles involve problems at home, at work, with society that is, interpersonal conflicts  due to jealousy or disagreement with societal views and ideas. Day to day incidents such as bad weather, delay in transport services irritate us so much that we lose our cool.

Internal chaos, conflict with one’s self. We are continuously burning with fury within, struggling with inner thoughts and desires – To do or not to do; Speak or to keep quiet; Behave in this manner or that… There are times when we are trying to overcome emotional trauma, fears and phobias, alcoholism, drug addiction and so on.

A constant struggle between one’s consciousness and concrete mind leads to anger, anxiety, depression, frustration, stress etc.

Here is a simple exercise to help u go within and experience inner peace and bliss.

  • Take a couple of deep breaths to quiet the mind and calm the nerves.
  • Touch the tip of your tongue to the palate.
  • Slowly locate a point on the palate where you will experience inner peace and stillness.
  • When you have located this point, experience the inner peace and stillness.
Every time you experience inner turbulence, go within.

Routine practice will help remain calm always….

BREAKUP THE MIND PATTERNS AND EMERGE WITH A NEW DIMENSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS….
