Human Aura

Aura is the invisible luminous energy field surrounding our physical body. The energy field,  identical to the physical body, seen along its contour is the inner aura, extending beyond 2 – 4 inches from the physical body in a normal person. The outer aura extends beyond 1 meter from the physical body and resembles an inverted egg. The outer aura is multicolored depending on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state which indicate that energy and color have implications in our everyday life. Health  rays and energy centers  (chakras) are housed in the aura.

The energy and physical bodies are closely related. Dis-ease  manifests in the energy body first and later  sign and symptoms arise in the physical body. In other words, when the  energy levels fluctuate, energy  level gets depleted or congested in the energy field, the physical counterpart is affected and dis-ease manifests in the physical body.

Is it possible to see aura. After much dedication and practice one is able to see the aura and interpret the colors.

How to see the  aura:

1.      To see your own aura, lower the intensity of light in your room.

2.      Place your palm near the wall.
3.      Focus on the space between your fingers and gently move your focus to the tip of your finger.
4.      You will see luminosity along the edge of your fingers.

Seeing the aura through a mirror is an overwhelming experience.
1.      Lower the intensity of light in your room.
2.      Stand in front of the mirror.
3.      Invoke blessings from GOD/your angel/spirit guide to help and guide you to see your aura through the mirror and to protect you from  negative energies.
4.      Focus on the third eye chakra (Ajna chakra) i.e. the point between the eyes.
5.      Slowly move your focus to the forehead  and then to the tip of your hair.
6.      You will see luminosity along the edge of the head.
7.      Slowly move your focus to your shoulder and downwards towards your trunk and feet.

How to see an individual’s aura:
1.      Request the client to sit comfortably with eyes closed and hands resting on the knees with palms open.
2.      Tell him/her to take a few deep breaths to calm his/her nerves.
3.      Invoke blessings from GOD/your angel/spirit guide to help,  guide and protect you during the procedure.
4.      Now focus on his/her ajna chakra and slowly move your focus to the tip of the hair.
5.      You will see the luminous aura.
6.       Slowly move your focus away from the hair to the top of the head bringing the focus down to the shoulder.
7.      Once you have mastered seeing the aura ie luminosity, shift your focus away from the physical body to see the different colors in the aura.
8.      Colors correspond to the chakras as well as the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state of the person.
Violet and golden color indicates a spiritual person since the crown and ajna chakras are highly developed.

Conflict

One of the prime heroes in our life’s drama is conflict. We are constantly struggling, against all odds to meet both ends, seldom realizing that we are slaves of our conscious mind. We are in complete identification with our physical body, thought processes and emotions. Conflicts encountered relate to external and internal factors.

External struggles involve problems at home, at work, with society that is, interpersonal conflicts  due to jealousy or disagreement with societal views and ideas. Day to day incidents such as bad weather, delay in transport services irritate us so much that we lose our cool.

Internal chaos, conflict with one’s self. We are continuously burning with fury within, struggling with inner thoughts and desires – To do or not to do; Speak or to keep quiet; Behave in this manner or that… There are times when we are trying to overcome emotional trauma, fears and phobias, alcoholism, drug addiction and so on.

A constant struggle between one’s consciousness and concrete mind leads to anger, anxiety, depression, frustration, stress etc.

Here is a simple exercise to help u go within and experience inner peace and bliss.

  • Take a couple of deep breaths to quiet the mind and calm the nerves.
  • Touch the tip of your tongue to the palate.
  • Slowly locate a point on the palate where you will experience inner peace and stillness.
  • When you have located this point, experience the inner peace and stillness.
Every time you experience inner turbulence, go within.

Routine practice will help remain calm always….

BREAKUP THE MIND PATTERNS AND EMERGE WITH A NEW DIMENSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS….
