Generational Healing

At times, we find ourselves stuck for no apparent reason and no matter what we do, there is no moving forwards; be it issues regarding health, wealth, career, relationships.
When such situations arise, it is suggested to look for a pattern within one's family i.e. near and dear ones, extended family as well as your ancestors.
Analyse, is the pattern repetitive? If Yes, then the origin of one's problems could be  ancestral or generational. These blockages or chords need to be cleared in order to move forwards.
The easiest method is to recite the Ho'opponopono.
"I am Sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you."
Recite these four lines 21 times at night before going to sleep and let the subconscious do the needful.
Also, invoke Archangel Michael to cut any chords/hooks/chains attached to the problem at hand.
Then say "I release all attachments, emotions and memories to the XYZ problem which may have been carried by me through all directions of time and space past, present and future."
Ask Archangel Michael to cover you with a protective shield and keep you protected always.
Last but not the least, thank God, parents, and ancestors (both maternal and paternal origin) and all higher spiritual beings for their help.
Continue till the problem resolves.

The Serpent Awakens

Shed the boundaries
Wipe each layer of dust
Release the I, Me, Myself
Blackout!!!
Fathomless dark pit,
Eerie, Cold and dreary
Help me, I cry
All in vain.
Lost and helpless
Not knowing what to do
Get up, my child. I hear.
Hope Rising.
A brave front, courage.
Gropping in the dark
A foothold, a ladder
Climbing begins.
Each step treading very slowly
Cautious but alert and aware
Time stops still.
A never ending pit.Sigh!!!
Fire yonder
Rising upwards
Warm and serene
Light, at last.
All is one.

Expectations

Each of us has our own individual life's purpose on this planet. So why try to live up to others expectations? At the same time, why expect from others? Emotional drama comes into play with feelings of being let down when things go wonky. It is so hurtful for all parties concerned. Therefore, letting go of all expectations is the focus for Today.
Take a break. Breathe slowly, focus on your breath. Allow your mind to wander into nothingness.
Be blessed and blissful Today.

Remember

Remember the days we spent together,
Remember the days when I held your hand,
Hearts racing, pondering what next!!!
Moist eyes and quivering lips, we move apart.
The world stood still,
Crumbling blocks,
Silence!!!
In the days to come,
Remember the things that made you glad,
Remember the friend who held your hand,
Remember the days well spent together,
Remember the troubles that made you strong,
Remember the blessings that made you smile,
And Remember to forgive one and all....
Love you always!!!

Balancing the Astral/Emotional Body

To walk the spiritual path one needs balance, just like walking a tight rope with a stick. To achieve this, one needs to work diligently on the astral/emotional body.
Our physical body appears to be wrapped up in emotional/astral, mental, causal and spiritual bodies. These are nothing but energy fields surrounding the physical body. These energies interpenetrate the physical body and form the aura around it.
The emotional body, comprising our conscious mind and memory, is a store house of our emotions and life’s desires. The quality of energy is highly dependent on our emotional state. Anger, guilt, jealousy, pride, depression, fear etc. create grosser energies whilst energies during states of joy, love, peace, happiness etc. are subtler in nature.
In today’s day and age, emotions play a major role in shaping our lives. We have a tendency to react to a situation rather than responding to it. As a result, we oscillate between extremes of good and bad. We are at our wits end, shouting, screaming; a wave of rage, irritation and frustration governs us. All these reactions affect our emotional body, making the energies grosser.
Every emotion has an evil twin. To name a few :– calm – anger, faith – doubt, joy – sadness, love – hate, active – lazy. So if you are depressed, cheer up, inspire yourself. Balance the opposites and generate steadfastness. Positive alteration of the energy can be brought about by the use of simple words of joy, peace, love directed towards your heart and solar plexus. These areas are responsible for emoting. Directing these words repeatedly at these centers will create a habit of positive thoughts/affirmations and a positive change in behavior.
However, every emotion has its own purpose --- they teach us the lessons of life. That is to say when a situation repeatedly crops up and you react in the same way, then it is not your trying period but in reality it is a signal for you to stop, go within and reminisce. You should look for the positives hidden in the negatives.
Disciplining our emotions brings in balance and helps us overcome unwanted stimuli. Staying focused brings in stability. You may fail once, twice, thrice, it may take months or maybe years, but do not give up.
Because Failure is an opportunity to start all over again…..

Spiritual Essence of Ganesh Puja

Sarvajanik Ganesh festival is the outcome of efforts put in by Lokmaniya Tilak during the British rule in India when group meetings were banned. Under the auspices of Ganesh puja people gathered in numbers. Even today, Ganesh festival is the most celebrated of all Indian festivals the world over. The deity is an epitome of super intelligence, power and wisdom.

Lord Ganesh is one of the favorite deities in every Indian household. Being referred to as Pratham Pujya, Lord Ganesh is the 1st deity invoked before initiation of any religious ceremony.  It is believed that when Lord Ganesh is invoked, he leaves his heavenly abode and resides within the confines of our home. After serving him for a period of  1, 5, 7 or 10 days, he bids farewell to return back to his abode.

During his stay, chanting of prayers and mantras continue. This is a reflection of bhakti yoga. Chanting in groups raises the positive vibrations of every individual as well as the surrounding area.

Ganesh is the lord of the panch tatvas i.e. Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether. So during visarjan, when the idol is immersed in water it is a gentle reminder that nothing lasts forever. All living things will eventually become formless. Our physical body will convert into these tatvas when the soul severs ties with the physical body.

The visarjan of the Ganesh idol actually represents the visarjan of all the vikars i.e.to surrender all negative qualities like anger, pride, desires, ego, lust, etc to the higher self. When one surrenders to the higher self, a complete transformation takes place. One is completely detached from all worldly aspects.  The realization that we are spiritual beings in a temporary physical body sets in.

The elephant head explains it all. In other words, when Ganesh was created by Parvati (Shakti or Kundalini), he was not spiritually developed. So when Shiva ( higher self, symbolized by the ball on his head) intervenes, there is resistance by the lower nature represented by original Ganesh. Slaying of Ganesh’s head by Shiva represents dissolution of the lower nature or negative qualities. The elephant head symbolizes Shakti or Kundalini energy which on activation rises from the base of the spine or the basic chakra and moves upwards towards the crown chakra on the top of the head and merges with the descending divine energy. When this happens you become like Ganesh.

Therefore, the practice of loving kindness and letting go of ill feelings towards oneself as well as others is the path leading to one’s spiritual development.

Adhik Maas

Religion helps to condition our mortal bodies (physical, etheric, astral and mental bodies) to manifest spiritual attributes.

Adhik Maas is the extra month in the Hindu calendar which bridges the gap between lunar and solar months. During this period, Hindus worship  Lord Vishnu, hence the term Purshottam Maas. Purshottam refers to “The Perfect Man.”

Perfection is achieved by prayer, penance and cleansing. In other words, a month devoted to self development, self introspection and inner purification. Penance, fasting, meditation and recitation of religious verses and books, donation and tithing are embraced.

Inner purification in simplified terms mean following the virtues to the core which lead to detoxification of our mortal bodies.Virtues of being honest, generous, kind  and loving, non injurious in thought, speech and deeds.

This is a period of rediscovery of our true self, the divinity within us all.

What you Give, You Get…That is the Divine Law..

Best wishes to all my spiritual buddies…..Explore and discover your True Self.!!!
