Chakras-Energy centers…Revisited

Major and Minor chakras
Earlier in my blog, the location and significance of seven major chakras (energy centers) in our body was reviewed. However, further study on this subject has revealed the presence of  many more chakras.
The existence of these chakras have been mentioned in many holy books. The Bhagvad Gita mentions a city with nine gates, also the Hindu scriptures mention eleven gates whereas the Holy Bible mentions twelve gates. The city corresponds to our body and gates are chakras.
8th and 9th chakras --- Spleen and Navel chakras.
10th and 11th chakras --- Meng Mein and Forehead chakras.
12th  chakra --- Shiva Center.

 8. Spleen Chakra
The front spleen chakra is located at the middle part of the left bottom rib. It is the major entry point for air vitality globule. It energizes and distributes energy to other major chakras and the entire body. The back spleen chakra is located at the back of the front spleen chakra. The front and back spleen chakra has similar functions. During healing sessions, this chakra is never energized. However, if a blockage in this chakra is encountered, it should be removed.

9. Navel Chakra
This chakra is located on the navel. It controls and energizes the small intestine, large intestine, and appendix. It affects the general vitality of a person. Malfunctioning of the navel chakra manifests as constipation, appendicitis, difficulty in giving birth, low vitality and other diseases related to the intestines.

10.  Meng Mein Chakra
This chakra is located at the back of the navel. It is responsible for the upward flow of subtle energies coming from the basic chakra. It controls and energizes the kidneys, and adrenal glands. It also controls the blood pressure. Malfunctioning of this chakra manifests as kidney problems, low vitality, and high blood pressure and back problems.  During healing sessions, this chakra is never energized as it may lead to severe complications in the patient. However, if blockage in this chakra is encountered, it should be removed.

11. Forehead Chakra
This chakra is located at the center of the forehead. It controls and energizes the pineal gland and the nervous system. Malfunctioning of the forehead chakra may manifest as loss of memory, paralysis and epilepsy. Energizing this chakra floods the whole body with energy.

12. Shiva Center
12th chakra is located 12 inches above the head. It looks like a golden star. Shiva tatva is housed here. When an individual matures spiritually, this chakra transforms into a golden pearl, golden ball, bud or a flame. In an evolved yogi, this chakra blooms like a golden lotus. The golden halo around the head of many religious leaders signifies a highly developed 12th chakra…Practising meditation regularly helps in activation of this chakra and experience inner stillness.

Narilattha -Kudrat ka karishma Or a hoax

This plant is supposed to be found in the  hilly region of the Himalayas. The flowers bloom once in 20 years. The flowers resemble the form of a naked woman.
Similar plants have been spotted in Thailand and called as Nareepol.
According to ancient legend, the plant was a distraction for hermits and sages during meditation.
Whether this plant genuinely exists  only GOD knows.

Journey towards Spiritual Awakening

When the soul reincarnates into a physical body, over the years, it gets trapped by numerous attachments and limitations---- attachment to family and friends, power, money, material possessions, time limits, etc. In other words, entrapment in a world full of desires ----our illusory world.
Repeated effort, at mind and thought control, through meditation helps detach from body consciousness and move towards soul consciousness.  The spiritual path brings us face to face with a number of changes towards life. Often we are foxed and unable to understand and interpret these changes.
Here are a few signs which aid to understand the behavioural changes during the journey…

  • ·         An increased tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen
  • ·         Frequent bouts of smiling
  • ·         Feelings of being connected with  GOD, Guru, Other souls including animals and plants
  • ·         Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation
  • ·         Tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than from fears based on past experience
  • ·         Ability to enjoy every moment
  • ·         Loss of tendency to worry
  • ·         Loss of interest in conflicts
  • ·         Loss of interest in interpreting others action and behavior
  • ·         Loss of interest in judging others
  • ·         Loss of interest in judging oneself
  • ·         Accepting with full surrender whatever life has offered
  • ·         Gaining the ability to love without expecting anything in return
  • ·         Feelings of love and compassion towards one and all
  • ·         Feelings of gratitude

Having stepped out of physical boundaries to understand the ‘I am’—my true eternal nature, I am now able to experience soul consciousness to a certain degree. The feeling of lightness, after dropping the EGO driven pressures and conflicts, the constant race to meet my targets and setting of goals in my professional work, the need to  shine in my profession and relationships, is indescribable. Feelings of peace within, complete stillness, silence and living every moment in awareness has transformed me into a content and fearless being. The realization that I am a soul, a spiritual being in a physical body has me spellbound……

Human Aura

Aura is the invisible luminous energy field surrounding our physical body. The energy field,  identical to the physical body, seen along its contour is the inner aura, extending beyond 2 – 4 inches from the physical body in a normal person. The outer aura extends beyond 1 meter from the physical body and resembles an inverted egg. The outer aura is multicolored depending on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state which indicate that energy and color have implications in our everyday life. Health  rays and energy centers  (chakras) are housed in the aura.

The energy and physical bodies are closely related. Dis-ease  manifests in the energy body first and later  sign and symptoms arise in the physical body. In other words, when the  energy levels fluctuate, energy  level gets depleted or congested in the energy field, the physical counterpart is affected and dis-ease manifests in the physical body.

Is it possible to see aura. After much dedication and practice one is able to see the aura and interpret the colors.

How to see the  aura:

1.      To see your own aura, lower the intensity of light in your room.

2.      Place your palm near the wall.
3.      Focus on the space between your fingers and gently move your focus to the tip of your finger.
4.      You will see luminosity along the edge of your fingers.

Seeing the aura through a mirror is an overwhelming experience.
1.      Lower the intensity of light in your room.
2.      Stand in front of the mirror.
3.      Invoke blessings from GOD/your angel/spirit guide to help and guide you to see your aura through the mirror and to protect you from  negative energies.
4.      Focus on the third eye chakra (Ajna chakra) i.e. the point between the eyes.
5.      Slowly move your focus to the forehead  and then to the tip of your hair.
6.      You will see luminosity along the edge of the head.
7.      Slowly move your focus to your shoulder and downwards towards your trunk and feet.

How to see an individual’s aura:
1.      Request the client to sit comfortably with eyes closed and hands resting on the knees with palms open.
2.      Tell him/her to take a few deep breaths to calm his/her nerves.
3.      Invoke blessings from GOD/your angel/spirit guide to help,  guide and protect you during the procedure.
4.      Now focus on his/her ajna chakra and slowly move your focus to the tip of the hair.
5.      You will see the luminous aura.
6.       Slowly move your focus away from the hair to the top of the head bringing the focus down to the shoulder.
7.      Once you have mastered seeing the aura ie luminosity, shift your focus away from the physical body to see the different colors in the aura.
8.      Colors correspond to the chakras as well as the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state of the person.
Violet and golden color indicates a spiritual person since the crown and ajna chakras are highly developed.
