Navratri


Today the 1st day of Navratri,  Shakti starts it's journey from the Mooladhara/Root/Basic Chakra upwards to merge with Shiva in the Sahasrar/Crown Chakra.


Work on your chakras each day. Identify your vulnerability, your weaknesses and work on them. Release all fear, hurt and hatred whatever you feel in the chakra to Mother Earth for transmutation into higher positive vibrations. 

Close your eyes, feel roots extending from the soles of your feet going deep down into Mother Earth. Feel the dark grey energy flowing into the Earth. Thank Mother Earth for accepting and transmuting the energy.

Start with Root Chakra today 
and tomorrow and reach the Crown on the 9th day. 

You can chant AUM or the Chakra Beej mantra.
Root/Basic/Muladhar Chakra...Lam
Sacral/Swadhisthan  Chakra...Vam
Solar plexus/Manipura Chakra...Ram
Heart/Anahata Chakra ...Yam

As each Chakra gets cleansed, the gross energy transforms into finer subtler energy. You may feel lighter,  Mind chatter lessens, relationship improves, financial issues get resolved  and much more.

That is feel the victory of good over evil, the evil or so called unhealthy energy which resides in each one of us.

The 8:8:8  portal (08.08.2024) or the Lions Gate opened on 26th july 2024 will last till mid August 2024. The energy will be at its peak on 8th August.
The 8:8:8 portal has come with a burst of energy so be open to receive and connect with the energy of manifestation, love,  abundance  and much more.

Think of one aspect of your life which needs transformation.  Write it down and connect with the energy of the 8:8:8 portal.

How to connect. Sit on a chair with feet touching the ground. Take a few deep breaths to relax your muscles, ease the tension in your body. Close your eyes and say, I am ready to receive the healing energy of the 8:8:8 portal for (whatever you have wished for..only one wish). You may for may not feel the energy or vibrations but rest assured the energy is transformative. Sit for a minimum of 20 mins.
After which rub your hands , place them on the eyes and sweep the energy all over your body including the feet. Slowly open your eyes.

Thinking Thoughtfully

Unpleasant Thoughts are like burning coal. You can choose to 1. Either get burnt and wounded by holding  on to it...

2. Either fight and argue with it ...

3. Or drop it as soon as they are created...

How will you drop and discard it ...in other words flip it..
Here's how...

When the unpleasant thought and the emotion attached to it comes up, be aware that the unpleasantaries are surfacing...Then,

1. Divert your mind to some pleasant events that occurred in your life ...This will fill you up with love and joy...

2. You can also chant a mantra. Chanting calms the mind and brings in inner peace...

3.  Take a deep breath and focus on your breathing. Inhaling very slowly through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth...This will calm you down and help focus to come back in the moment...

Do not forcefully try and stop the negative thoughts..

Each time a negative thought comes up, be aware,  take a deep breath come back to the moment  or chant.

Such repeated acts will help condition the mind and over a period of time their frequency will decrease.

Healing Prayer..

 Take  a  deep breath and exhale slowly, Relax.

Smile at your heart breathing slowly and continuously.

Visualize pink light coming from your heart and radiating all around you.

Now say I am now ready and willing to release all that does not serve me from every level, layer, area of my being.

God please locate the origin of my thoughts and feelings through all generations across all dimensions of time past, present and future pertaining to my knees.

Please heal every incident until I am filled with inner peace,  love and light.

Please help me to forgive myself, every person, place and event which contributed to my present condition.

I am sorry for being unconscious of my beliefs.

Please forgive me for I know not where the beliefs  origined from.

I thank you for erasing and deleting them from my life and for making me whole again.

Repeat this prayer every morning and  at night before falling asleep. Or as many times during the day.. that is up to you...

Memories

The ups and downs in life ... the ripples... result in  a wide array of emotions... each playing an important role...With each passing day, these emotions  impact our mind and behavior ... every moment spent leaves an imprint on our subconscious mind which re-surfaces every time we re-collect  an eventof our life. It's like a replay...We re-wind...

These so called emotions trigger hormones in our body which lead us to emote certain reactions  resulting in imprints... These imprints are the so called memories that we cling on to.

Some memories  make us happy
Some make us sad and pained
Some are filled with joyful moments
Some memories make us pensive
Some lead to anger
Some make us envious
Some inspire us
Whereas some pull us down
Some make us question our behavior ...
Memories of losing dear ones is very heartbreaking but  life goes on...

As age advances we tend to forget a lot of things... The power to retain slowly decreases... 

Cherish each moment to create a beautiful imprint  so that whenever we go down the memory lane we are overwhelmed with joy... of days well spent ...😄😁🙂

The world we live in is actually created by our mind... We get entrapped in our world of thoughts and emotions...the whys and if onlys... We feel being pushed, kind of suppressed or scoffed at and sometimes rebuked... Every event is a case scenario...

But has it ever occurred that our family may not understand our talents and our need to express them...

Often we surrender and get trapped in the nitty gritty around us... There are instances where there is a lot of opposition from within the family... Discuss and reason it out...
 
Put these self created hurdles aside, take a deep breath and leap forward... unleash your talents... fulfill your dreams and desires...
 
Go beyond the boundaries, explore and express... Don't hold back on your dreams, go out and chase after them... Build your nexus... Chart a path for yourself to live your dreams...

Ho'opponopono- sharing my experience

Ho'opponopono -I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, I thank you  is an age old Hawaiian healing technique followed even today. I call it the forgiveness and letting go technique.

After being introduced to Ho'opponopono, I undertook a 21 day journey of reciting the four lines whilst looking into my eyes through my reflection in the mirror. I used to sing to myself I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, I thank you. What seemed very simple at first, led to a series of magical experiences and discoveries.

Initially for a few days nothing happened but as I was getting closer to the 21 day target, something magical transpired. For the first time, feelings of love for myself emanated. I felt very positive, light, calm and peaceful with myself. These feelings were lost somewhere due to the daily hustle and bustle of life. The number of outbursts and the tendency to flare up at petty issues reduced to a great extent. Frustration, depression, and thoughts like nobody understands me nor loves me slowly vanished. Mind you these emotions did come but with timely control and awareness of the turmoil brewing within, these emotions transformed into renewed vitality and kept me pepped up throughout the day.

Next on the list were insecurity and fear. I extended the Ho'opponopono to include I accept you, I respect you, I forgive you. Fear and insecurity transmuted to self confidence. I could accept myself the way I was.

Having experienced this magic, I started experimenting with relationship issues with immediate family and others in general, injurious thought forms created by self or others, physical aches and pains, pride, guilt and jealousy. To my surprise, Ho'opponopono worked beautifully. 

I advised my friends facing relationship and insecurity  issues  to recite Ho'opponopono  the effect was phenomenal. 

What actually happens during continuous practice of chanting the Ho'opponopono is that the chakras (energy centers), meridians (nadis) aura (panchkoshas) is rid of emotional and mental trauma and healed. Waves of love and peace not only envelop you but radiate through you to your surroundings thus creating love and peace within and around you. The more you forgive and surrender the better is the quality of life.

To sum up, Ho'opponopono can be recited for all kinds of situations like self pity, injurious thought forms directed at oneself or others, healing relationships, relieving physical pain, release fear and insecurity, even heartbreaks, weight loss or weight gain due to emotional trauma.

Reciting I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you, I accept you, I respect you, I forgive you for 15 minutes and ending it by hugging oneself allows the emotions to flow like water. Allow yourself to release all the unwanted emotional baggage.

For physical pain, visualise the area concerned and recite the lines.
For relationship issues visualise the individual standing in front of you and then recite. Do visualise hugging the person at the end. 

The best time is just before going to sleep. You need to be patient nothing comes overnight. 

Forgive and you will be forgiven holds true...

Turning Inwards

 When you feel completely lost and nowhere to go, turn inwards, look for the light within you...💥💥

Here is a very simple method which I practice daily...

Sit with your palms on your knees facing upwards. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath and exhale very slowly through the mouth. Imagine the Sun in front of you .Take a deep breath once again and exhale all the internal turmoil through your breath towards the Sun. Try to feel the muck being sucked out of every cell, muscle, tissue, every organ, vital body fluids, your entire being into the Sun. Repeat this once more.

 Do not overdo it because it will result in complete draining of all your energies and you may feel weak and tired.

Relax your shoulders keeping the spine straight. Breathe regularly but slowly relaxing every part of your body...Now smile at your heart. Feel the warmth in your heart... waves of love, joy and happiness. Be with this feeling for a few minutes. 

 Share/radiate this love with your family and the world around you.

Do this daily for a relaxed and healthy life.
This practice helps solve all life's problems.

Conquering the weakness

Navratri...9 days of conquer your weaknesses challenge. 10th day Vijayadashmi...victory over weaknesses ..Anybody in??? I am...

Here is what we will do.
List all your weaknesses.
The common ones are anger, resentment, self pity, depression, frustration, stress, anxiety, phobia, fear of different kinds, tendency to gossip, being critical of one self or of others, relationship issues with spouse, siblings, colleagues...etc

Pick anyone which you wish to overcome. For example anger.
Positive affirmation which you can recite every time you feel anger brewing...*I do get angry but I am loving too*. Breathe in as you silently affirm, hold your breath for five counts and  breathe out all the anger. 
When you use both the yin and yang or let's say dual qualities in a sentence separated by *but* the subconscious mind tends to overlook the former part of the sentence thereby creating a positive thought form. Thus erasing the weakness over time..

Another example is that of anxiety..."I get anxious at times but I am calm and peaceful.

You can create any affirmation as per your need but make sure to use *but* in the sentence.

Another excercise which you could incorporate as daily routine is .....
Smile at your heart and silently remind yourself as you take a deep breath "I am a being of Divine Love" and slowly breathe out the anger.. Continue each day till u have conquered anger reasonably...

The World Within

People on the spiritual path keep saying that "The world is within you. Meditate and Go within." 

According to my limited knowledge I think it's true. 

When we try to understand the mechanics of our physical body its amazing. We can learn a lot from the cells within the body.

So what do the cells teach us? Purpose, commitment, love, passion, acceptance, tolerance, humility, adjustment and so much more.

The cells and the organs of the body mind their own business. Day in and day out they continue performing the task which they are destined to do. Neither complaining nor interfering in each other's work.

Did you ever see life that way. ??? Most of us would answer in the negative. 

If we attempt to learn from the cells of our body, life would be so different. 

From now on let us commit to live like the cells of our body. Happy learning....Happy living...🙏

I am a Being of Divine Love

 Aham Prema meaning 

I am a being of Divine Love .
Close your eyes, Take a deep breath and
Smile at your heart. 
Now slowly  chant Aham Prema. Start with three chants daily and gradually increase to108 times. As you progress towards 108 chants, you may feel a lot of discomfort at the center of your chest. This is because a lot of unwanted muck stuck within your heart starts to disintegrate. You may feel anger, frustration, depression , anxiety or other negative emotions. If it happens take a deep breath and exhale very slowly through your mouth. Do this a couple of times till the feeling completely disappears. Once you have rid yourself of all unwanted emotional garbage, you will feel only love and compassion. Soak yourself in the ocean of love and let go. Keep the spine straight and relax your shoulders. 
Open your palms in the blessing mode. Let love flow from your heart and radiate through your palms to all around you, to your family, loved ones, friends, colleagues, neighbours, the area where you live, your city, state, country, world, universe , the cosmos. Bless Mother Earth and do grounding.
 Grounding :Imagine golden light radiating from the base of your spine and soles of your feet going deep down around 15 feet into Mother Earth. Do this for about a minute. Thank God and slowly open your eyes. Shake your body. Drink a glass of water.

Life and Death is happening simultaneously

 Hi friends, Today I wish to share my experience. Some of you spiritual nerds may have experienced this beautiful phenomenon. What is death?? It's a beautiful feeling where your mind goes blank, you do not feel your physical body ..time does not exist... you are in a timeless zone. 

Has it ever occurred to you that we experience death daily ?? Have you noticed that between every breath we inhale and exhale there is a gap...between every word we speak there is a gap. 
When 
Initially focus on the inhalation and exhalation. After a couple of breaths the breathing becomes shallow and the gap between inhalation and exhalation widens. This is when you slowly shift your attention towards the gap..you experience a feeling of void ...of nothingness. It's like falling into an abyss..a black hole where everything is sucked in, withdrawn...

Such a state is also achieved during mantra chanting or meditation. Over a few days you experience inner stillness. Serenity ... As you go deeper and deeper you do not feel your body.. You are enveloped in peace and inner bliss. In other words you are dead to the world..this is what I call a state where one experiences life and death simultaneously .

Immunity and Stamina Booster

Hi Guys,
The heat wave, the current pandemic plus the daily hustle and bustle of life drains all the stamina and vitality leaving one feeling low and morose. Many a times for no apparent reason we feel lethargic. Certain places we visit and people we meet tend to drain all our energy resulting in fatigue.

You may be aware there are three main routes through which we draw in our daily dose of energy. The Air ie Solar energy, the ground ie Earth energy and food that we consume is churned within our body and transformed into energy.

Here is a quick fix which I share with you, a very simple self healing technique which I follow daily. So here's what you can do. Whenever you feel drained and tired stop whatever you are doing. Take a couple of deep breaths exhaling very slowly through the mouth. This will relax your body and calm your nerves.

Now gently and slowly focus on the soles of your feet. Imagine a cord connecting you through your feet to mother Earth.
Take a deep breath and as you inhale visualise energies from mother Earth entering your feet through the cord filling your entire body, organs, blood cells muscles, tissues, bones, joints etc. As you exhale visualise the ground prana is expelling out all dirty energies from all the parts of your body. Continue taking in the ground prana as much as needed.

What really happens is, as you breathe in the ground prana all your energy centers or chakras are stimulated and rejuvenated. In turn the organs, nerves tissues all the parts of the body connected with the respective chakra receive energy and are pepped up. Your immunity receives a boost too.
If you are sensitive then you will feel warmth and vibrations all over the body and the soles of the feet.

Once you feel rejuvenated, thank mother Earth for nurturing and healing. A prayer of Gratitude.

A word of caution - When the chakras are stimulated the emotions and thought forms, good as well as bad, too get magnified. If you are unable to handle the negative emotions, it will create chaos in your life. Practice moderation and discernment.

Afterlife

 Is there an afterlife? How do we know what we know? Do we live parallel lives? These are some of the questions that haunt us. Isn't it?? 

I ask you friends, Have you ever experienced Deja Vu?? Yes!!

Do you dream? Yes!! 

All of us dream during sleep.
During sleep, part of our consciousness leaves the physical body, traverses other realms to gather experience. Some dreams we remember, some we don't. Some people do not remember dreaming...what they call as dreamless or sound sleep.

Have you ever wondered...What if the dreams reflect our parallel lives.??? That would mean all of us live parallel lives!! The one which we are aware of - the life on Earth and others which we are unaware of- the lives we live beyond the Earth realm. Similarly people living on other realms will be unaware of their life on Earth...That is why it is said we live in an illusory world of duality..Life is an illusion...

Most of us are conscious of our spiritual nature. We are spiritual beings in a physical body.. A combination of energy and matter surrounded by an electromagnetic field called the aura. This aura houses our emotions and thoughts. The atomic particles that make up the aura vibrate at frequencies corresponding to those of our emotions and thoughts. 

Moreover, the cells of the human body are constantly vibrating in sync with these atomic particles. Everything that we do or think as well as the experiences during our dreams get embossed into the cells of our body and the atomic particles. What is perceived as physical form is but a conglomeration of these atomic particles. These particles are laiden with memories of the past, present and future. This is why we know what we know, see what we see, hear what we hear, feel what we feel and experience the phenomenon of Deja Vu...

At the time of death, the connection of the atomic particles with the physical body breaks. The atomic particles undergo changes, transform and move into different dimensions. The atomic particles have to pass through a tunnel towards the light which is nothing but the entrance to another realm or dimension.

The time taken to cross over is different for each one of us and depends largely on the kind of experience gathered during the life in the physical realm. However, the transformation is not easy for most of us. When the atomic particles vibrate at lower frequencies due to excessive indulgence in lower nature like greed, lust, anger, hatred, jealousy, pride, larceny, guilt etc the transition becomes very slow. Sometimes there is no crossing over. One is stuck in the tunnel, the so called Hell. 
 
On the contrary, when the atomic particles vibrate at higher frequencies of love, generosity, compassion, gratitude, honesty etc, in other words when character building is practised regularly the vibratory pattern of the atomic particles changes, they vibrate at higher frequencies and eases the transition into a higher realm... Heaven

This process of transition my friends is the AFTERLIFE because we relive our experiences when inside the tunnel ....

Karma

 What is Karma? Karma basically means the act of doing. The cycle of cause and effect. It is similar to Newton's third law, every action, be it in the form of words, thoughts or emotions will come back to the one who created it. That is to say, our actions, which is energy, whether good or bad will come back to us in many ways. We will have to face the consequences of our actions.!!!

Karma is not about punishment or reward. It is about learning to transform, to awaken, to be responsible for whatever we have done, are doing and shall do in the future.

Each one of us, rich or poor, big or small, every sentient being, is out here on Earth to live out his/her karma. Some are nullifying their karma whereas others are still learning their lessons and many are creating new ones. The ones who have learnt their lessons are moving on, becoming spiritually aware of their existence. 

By the way, Karma created by anger and hatred are difficult to dissolve. Anger and hatred will bind two souls together indefinitely. One would have to reincarnate umpteen number of times until the bond is transformed into a bond of love. The only way out is to forgive and seek forgiveness. 

How do you forgive???
At night just before going to sleep think of all the people you met during the day and may have hurt knowingly or unknowingly by your words, action, behaviour, feelings or thoughts. Then recite I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you. Continue reciting till you fall asleep. As you continuously recite, these words sink deep into your subconscious, into the DNA of the memory cells. Over a period of time, you will notice a transformation, a change within you. You will no longer feel anger or hatred. These energies would have transmuted into energies of love and peace. You can also think of all the people who came in your life, starting from your childhood till now and who you will meet in the future and recite these lines.

Make this a daily practice and transform yourself into a better individual.

Our True Nature

 Hi guys,

Sharing my take on our true nature.
As kids many of us would have looked up at the sky, the sun, moon and stars with awe and amazement. But as adults have u ever reflected upon it?
When I look up at the sky , it appears so serene and calm, a reflection of our true nature. The warmth of the sun tells us of our warm loving nature, the coolness of the moon nudges us be cool and calm during adversity, a knight in shining armour. The twinkling of the stars remind us we are spiritual beings in a physical body. 
We are here to learn our lesson to enhance the three aspects namely Will, Love and Intelligence. That is why we have within us varying proportions of these three divine qualities.
